Dr. Lilli is a board-certified orthodontist with over 10 years of experience helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles. Known for her thoughtful and personalized approach, she specializes in treating dental and facial irregularities using the latest techniques in braces and clear aligner therapy.
Outside the office, Dr. Lilli enjoys spending time with her husband, Rusty, and their two children, Taylor and Michael. She’s an avid runner, Peloton enthusiast, golfer, snowboarder, traveler, and a loyal Steelers fan.
A proud veteran of the U.S. Navy, Dr. Lilli served for 14 years, including time deployed aboard a ship and living overseas in Okinawa, Japan. Now, she’s happily settling into civilian life in Hampton Roads and embracing everything the Southeast Virginia community has to offer, from local travel to meaningful connections with patients and neighbors.

She was inspired to pursue a career in orthodontics during childhood after her own journey with broken teeth, braces, and her personal smile transformation. Now, as a provider, she is excited to provide a positive and empowering orthodontic experience for others.
Before joining Lilli Orthodontics, Dr. Lilli proudly served for 14 years in the United States Navy as an officer, leader, and orthodontic specialist. She continues to serve her country as a Navy reservist, bringing the same dedication, discipline, and commitment to excellence to her patients every day.
Dr. Lilli specializes in modern orthodontic care, combining advanced clinical training with the latest technology to deliver efficient, comfortable, and highly personalized treatments. From Invisalign to customized braces and early intervention techniques, she stays at the forefront of innovation to ensure optimal results for every patient.
Graduating summa cum laude from Millersville University, Dr. Lilli was awarded the U.S. Navy Health Professions Scholarship. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and earned her Master of Oral Biology degree and orthodontic certificate from the Tri-Service Orthodontic Residency Program.
