Barb was absolutely amazing with our daughter putting her braces on. Dr.Lilli is also so tentative and thoughtful. She took extra time going into random conversations with me & I didn’t feel in the least bit rushed. They made the whole process easy, fun & not a bit of pain putting braces on. The staff was all so friendly that we encountered, they gave our daughter a goody bag of helpful items to use & thoroughly answered all questions we had. They had music playing, high energy and lots of smiles throughout the office. They also allowed me to snap some photos to share with grandparents and to add to a memory box. You can tell that everyone really enjoys working there and together as a group. Highly recommend for ortho care at this office! 10/10 !
Great customer service. All of the staff are friendly and professional. I never had to wait for my appointment (when I arrived, they were ready). This was really impressive and allowed me to minimize the impact to my work and personal schedule. I recommend this practice to anyone who asks. I wish I could give a million stars. This is an amazing practice and I am very pleased with the results of my braces!
Every one was nice and pleasant and Mrs. Morgan help me understand everything as far as my payments and what to do and not do while wearing my braces. And the young lady who put on my braces was awesome as well and of course doctor lily. Was awesome as well all in all a great crew
The office and team are always extremely attentive to their patients. They are kind and make you feel at ease every step of the way—from discussing financials to placing braces. They clearly explain what to expect throughout the entire process.

How long will I need to wear braces?
Most of our patients wear braces for 18 to 24 months. However, everyone is different! Dr. Lilli will give you a personalized timeline at your first visit.
Do braces hurt?
It’s normal to feel some light pressure for a few days after your braces are first put on or adjusted. It’s a sign your teeth are moving! Most people find it very manageable with standard over-the-counter pain relief.
What foods do I need to avoid with braces?
To keep your brackets safe, you’ll want to skip sticky, crunchy, or hard foods. This means things like popcorn, caramel, and chewing on ice are off the menu for now. But don't worry, the results are worth it.
